Kalote dates

Kloteh date or Kholeteh date is one of the moist or semi-moist dates of Iran and has relatively moderate juice. Dates have a soft flesh and are easily chewed in the mouth. This fruit is initially red in color and looks very similar to Mozafati dates. It also has good quality, and is one of the important commercial varieties, especially the export of Klotte dates in Iran.

Iranian Mazafati dates

Mozafati date is the most famous type of date. Sometimes, by mistake, they use the word "moist" for it. In fact, rutb is the freshly ripe fruit of the palm tree. Dates are dried and moist. For example, it is possible to consider the products of grapes, grapes, and raisins that are obtained from the hair tree as the same as kharak, retb, and dates for the palm tree. This type of date must be stored in the refrigerator.
