Saffron

Saffron is a small, perennial herb with a height of 10-30 cm. From the middle of the onion or the stem, a number of narrow leaves extend out. From the middle of the leaves, a flower stem leaves, which ends up one to three flowers. The flowers have 6 purple petals, which may be purple or purple in some varieties. The flowers have three flags and a pendulum leading to the orange-red branch of the three branches. The part used for this plant is the creamy end of the tree branch, known as saffron, and it has a bitter flavor aroma.
Saffron is warm and dry in terms of ancient medicine in Iran. The most important of the saffron that has been used since ancient times is the treatment of depression.
